Statewide Mask Program Launches Leading Up to March Madness
The NCAA, Indiana Sports Corp and the state of Indiana will launch the statewide Mask Madness program on Monday, Jan. 25. More than 100,000 March Madness masks will be distributed across Indiana cities starting this month through Final Four weekend utilizing NCAA Divisions I, II, III schools, city visitor bureaus, community partners, and Indianapolis public spaces to serve as distribution locations. The NCAA will stage the entire 2021 men’s basketball championship in Indiana, with the majority of the tournament’s 67 games taking place in Indianapolis. Selection Sunday is still scheduled for March 14, and plans remain to have the Final Four April 3 and 5, with exact preliminary round dates still to be determined. Read more.
